one-acts and videos

Dear Colleagues,
        I have two requests for information, one from a young man starting a
dinner theatre in Sudbury and the other from a professor in France looking
for videos of Canadian comedies.
        Does anybody know of one-act Canadian comedies needing only two or
three actors?  The man starting the dinner theatre would like to include
Canadian material but is having trouble finding one-act or short comedies.
        Where in Canada can one buy videos of Canadian comedy?  Theatrebooks
in Toronto has none.  (The complication is that Professor Marta Dvorak at
Universite Rennes 2 needs the videos in European PAL or SECAM format.)
