Brian Macdonald, choreographers

I'm looking for an email or other contact information for Brian Macdonald.  I'm working on a paper about the Mavor Moore/Lou Applebaum opera Erewhon.  Macdonald directed the debut at Pacific Opera Victoria in 2000.
