Stage adaptations of Alice Munro's stories

Eugenia, et al,

Paul's email prompted me to look at my production history notes:
Toronto's Alumnae Theatre Company did indeed produce an adaptation of
Alice Monro's "The Progess of Love." The date was Feb 5-28,
1999---adapted by Guillaume Bernardi, as Paul says. (It won a
Professional Director's Award, an internal Alumnae-presented award, for
Bernardi.)

As well, Alice Monro's /The Lives of Girls and Women/ was "Adapted for
reading" by Francess Halpenny and Helen Dunlop for Alumnae Theatre
Company. The readings occurred Mar 1-6, 1983, also at Alumnae's Studio
Theatre. I'm not aware of this adaptation receiving a production.

Best,
Robin.
