*/Stanislavski Studies: Practice Legacy and Contemporary Theatre/**,*is 
a journal publish twice a year, in print and online, by Routledge, 
Taylor & Francis, now in its seventh year of publication.

The journal currently has an editorial team of five: an editor in chief, 
2 editors, a reviews editor and a social media editor (currently 
vacant). The editorial team is supported by an advisory board, which 
includes a range of international subject specialists.

We now seek to increase the editorial team with the appointment of 2 
Associate Editors, and a new Social Media Editor.

We seek three highly creative, motivated, organised and collegiate 
individuals with demonstrable specialisms in theatre. Ideally, the 
candidates should have general European and World Theatre interests to 
complement the existing team specialisations, and we also welcome those 
with special interests in the electronic and broadcast media, film and 
television.

*The Associate Editors*will work as part of a team, helping to source 
suitable material for publication and undertaking the editing of at 
least one article in each edition of the journal.

 ??These roles will appeal to those who are developing interests in 
academic publishing, and who seek to develop editorial skills. Although 
these are not ???training ???roles as such, the editorial team will gladly 
offer mentoring and support to suitable candidates.

You should be:

??An active researcher of theatre and related subject areas with a 
knowledge of current published work in the field.

??Developing a national and international network of academic contacts.

??An individual with some experience of editing and/or curating theatre 
related written work.

??Highly organised, efficient and with excellent communication skills.

??IT literate and able to use WP programmes, principally MS Word.

*The Associate Editor???s*responsibilities will include:

??Contributing to the development of the journal and editing material 
(based upon 1 article in each edition).

??Establishing relationships with appropriate practitioners and scholars 
and encouraging high quality, vibrant content as submissions.

??Working closely with the other editors to ensure a fit with the ethos 
and style of the journal.

??Liaising with the Journal???s editorial team and occasional guest editors 
to provide regular updates on the status and content of materials for 
publication.

??Acting as an advocate for the journal at conferences and symposia.

??Taking part in editorial meetings (held by Skype).

??Working with production editorial staff at Routledge, Taylor and 
Francis as required.

*The Social Media Editor *will be responsible for developing the 
journal???s social media presence online.

The applicant should be familiar with a range of social media platforms 
and able to publish material and stimulate wider interest in the 
journal???s activities.

This role might suit a graduate student who is interested in developing 
on-line media and online publishing skills.

All appointments will be for a fixed period of three years, which will 
then be reviewed. In keeping with the rest of the roles in the team, 
these posts are unpaid.
