*THE S WORD: STANISLAVSKY AND INTIMACY*

*Date: 26 May, 18:00 BST (1:00 PM EST)*

The fifth in our new series of webinars brought to you by *The*
*Stanislavsky Research Centre*, co-hosted by the School of Performing
Arts of the University of Malta, the School of Performance and Cultural
Industries of the University of Leeds in partnership with the Department
of Theatre and Cinema of Radford University.

As the field of Intimacy Choreography emerges there is a lot of pushback
from directors who can't see the compatibility between Stanislavsky’s
“system" and intimacy protocols. This webinar will discuss this tension
and open to a wider conversation of the relationship between
Stanislavsky and intimacy in general.

_Panelists_:

*Kaja Dunn*, MFA, University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and affiliate
faculty for TIE (Theatrical Intimacy Education)

*Vanessa Ewan*, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, UK

*Emily Rollie*, PhD, Central Washington University, assistant faculty
for TIA (Theatrical Intimacy Education)

*Joelle Ré Arp-Dunham*, PhD, MFA, Radford University, and Social Media
Editor of Stanislavsky Studies

*Dan Granke*, MFA, University of South Florida and Intimacy Director
with IDC (Intimacy Directors and Coordinators)

Moderators: *Robyn Berg* and *Molly Hood*, Radford University
