Join members of the acting training community and industry professionals for a two-day conference in Toronto, exploring
Power: Evolving Dynamics—May 20 & 21, 2023.

In 2019, the inaugural Actor Training Conference in Toronto introduced educators, coaches, directors, acting instructors from across Canada to a diverse range of hands-on workshops, panels, guest speakers, networking events, and a keynote address presenting findings from a national survey of theatre students and more. This unique event provided the opportunity for instructors from across the nation to share experiences and learnings of their own, find community, and learn skills and concepts from some of the most highly skilled and experienced instructors, specialists and coaches in Canada.

In May 2023, join the Association of Acting Coaches and Educators (AACE) for another incomparable two-day event in the heart of Toronto or tune in via livestream. The AACE Acting Coaches and Educators conference will help us delve deeper into how power manifests and how it can be used responsibly and with compassion within these intersecting areas of our sector: Gender Diversity & Inclusion; Young Performers; Tools for Empowerment.
