Good morning Co-ops,

Below is a summary of what was discussed during our connection meeting on January 26. (Sorry it's late being sent out)


  *   -Help Desk re-opening next week
     *   1st appointment already booked
        *   Each appointment create JIRA ticket for tracking and tag with "Booking"
  *   OWL updates
     *   Almost all done
  *   QA FPS
     *   Finished QA'ing scenarios provided by Herbert
     *   Still working on documentation
  *   Tickets
     *   Krista Fioleau rollover
  *   Open Table
     *   Questions re: Technical writing of documentation for Herbert
