Below is a summary of what was discussed during our connection meeting on February 2. (Sorry it's late being sent out)


  *   Help desk open this week
     *   Had a few walk-ins scheduled through bookings
     *   Questions on tickets
  *   OWL Updates
     *   Almost done with updating CALMS with last update date
  *   QA Testing
     *   Working with Herbert,
     *   Going good so far
     *   Testing FPS and OFAS scenarios
  *   Security Policy review
     *   Went over what to do if there are issues and location of panic buttons

  *   Tickets
     *   Frank Hayes (SAF) mail question on iPhone
     *   Laptop requests
  *   2024 Rollover selection feedback
     *   More projects coming up soon
  *   Open Table
     *   Issues with desktops
