[Acocoops] Key Cafe Key Lock Box

Good afternoon everyone,

Today I will be sending out invites to all ACO Staff to create an account in the Key Café key lock box system.

I have fobs that will be assigned to you that you can pick up from me or I can leave it somewhere for you to grab. This will be used to access the Key Café lock box.

Once you have activated your accounts, I'll give you the appropriate permissions to see and manage all keys. Coops will have limited access to a subset of keys.

As we transition to fully using the new key lock box, you may need to check both lock boxes until I get all the keys set up and moved over.

There will be instructions on how to use forthcoming.
