[Acocoops] Arts Faculty: Move Dean's desk

Hi team,

We are assisting with our new Dean's standup desk.

Challenge is that the Dean is in his office until noon. After which we can 
prep it and perhaps assist other offices/desks for the move that is occurring 
that day.

It is a rotation of 4-5 desks and offices. Plan attached as reference, as is 
correspondence with Central Stores.

We may need your assistance over the lunch time, and it would be helpful to 
consider adjusting you lunch period timings, to help with this preparation.
