About this presentation:
Getting things done, advancing an agenda, winning people over to your ideas, improving group performance – your effectiveness, no matter your degree of technical skill, is likely to be determined by your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. This seminar will focus on presentation skills and the psychology of persuasion. Participants will be given simple frameworks for formal presentations, and well-grounded, cutting-edge insights into the art and science of persuasion. It may be of interest to people in any role and at any level of the university who want to communicate more effectively.
This seminar is being filmed as part of supplementary online course material development for a professional UW graduate program. Any presentations seminar needs an audience – which is why you are being invited to attend for free!
