Hello, this is Joel Le Forestier on behalf of the Arts Faculty Peer
Mentors at the Arts Undergraduate Office.

Because first-year students entering the Arts Faculty this year did
not receive UWaterloo Library information during their Orientation
Week, the Arts Undergraduate Office Peer Mentors are organizing a free
Library Information Session open to any first-year student in the Arts
Faculty. This session will cover topics pertaining to using and making
the most out of the University of Waterloo's library system.

The vital information offered in this session will greatly benefit
students entering their first round of University research projects,
and will help to prepare them to face the challenges with which they
will be presented over the course of their university career.

The session is going to be held on Wednesday, October 16th, from 4-5pm
in DC 1568 (inside the DC library).

The Arts Undergraduate Office would greatly appreciate your assistance
in promoting this important event to any first-year Arts students with
whom you might come into contact. It is important that students know
that this event is available to them so that they are able to access
its information. Over the course of the next week, we would ask that
you assist in making this information available by passing it along to
anyone to whom you believe it might be relevant.

Thank you very much for your cooperation and assistance in spreading
the word about this event,

If you should require any additional information, please feel free to
contact me at artsmentor1 at uwaterloo.ca and I will be more than pleased
to offer any assistance that I can.
