Hairy Who and the Chicago Imagists
Princess Cinemas presents a special screening of Leslie Buchbinder’s documentary on Thursday June 12, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Original Princess.

In the mid 1960s, Chicago was an incubator for an iconoclastic group of young artists that celebrated a very different version of ‘popular’ from the detached cool of New York, London and Los Angeles. Chicago’s diverse artists followed no trend, preferring a path they ferociously cleared for themselves.



Imagists Art Green, Amy Lockhart, and Marc Bell will be present for a Q&A following the film.



Tickets are $10.00 or Member/Senior/Under 14: $7.00
