Good morning!

On behalf of Sheila Ager, Dean of Arts, I'd like to share the fall issue of our community newsletter, Inside Arts<https://uwaterloo.ca/arts/faculty-staff/inside-arts/fall-2019-issue>. In case you don't know, this publication was launched in 2012 by former Dean Doug Peers as a way to communicate news, ideas and initiatives of internal interest among faculty and staff members in Arts.

This Fall 2019 issue includes some thoughts from Sheila on her first months as dean<https://uwaterloo.ca/arts/faculty-staff/inside-arts/fall-2019-issue#deansheila>, welcomes faculty and staff<https://uwaterloo.ca/arts/faculty-staff/inside-arts/fall-2019-issue#welcome> members who recently joined Arts, bids farewell to one of our longest-standing associate deans<https://uwaterloo.ca/arts/faculty-staff/inside-arts/fall-2019-issue#billad>, offers a visual history of our iconic Pickle Forks<https://uwaterloo.ca/arts/faculty-staff/inside-arts/fall-2019-issue#forks> (love them or not), and gives an update from the Arts Staff Advisory Council<https://uwaterloo.ca/arts/faculty-staff/inside-arts/fall-2019-issue#ASAC>.

Happy reading!
