Hello All

A recent mailing to the theatre mailing list bumped up action on the
Calendar. We have now registered 154 productions from 54 companies from
coast to coast (but still jumping over Saskatchewan...). That's about a 50%
participation from members of the list. This is a project that has worked
out quite nicely, I think, and I will be adding six months to the calendar
by the New Year (if the world, as we know it, doesn't end). This means
companies will be able to register their entire 2000/2001 seasons as soon as
they announce them. This project also has made a major contribution towards
keeping the Encyclopedia current (as it keeps me abreast of what the various
houses are doing). I was wondering if any of you had thoughts about whether
or not I should leave past dates up on the site (ie: you'd get to see what
was playing in Vancouver six months ago). Does this have any merit?
