DRAMA AND THEATRE POSITION.

McGILL UNIVERSITY.  The Department of English invites applications
for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin on
September 1, 2001, in the area of Modern Drama. Secondary interests in
dramatic theory and history also desirable. Ph.D. is required.  Some
teaching experience and a knowledge of French are assets. Evidence of
scholarly promise is a major consideration. Candidates should be
prepared to offer a variety of undergraduate courses and upper year
seminars. The teaching load is 12 credits per academic year. Information
