New PQ Open Calls!

Preparations for PQ 2019 are in full swing! We just launched or new website where you can find two new Calles for projects opened earlier this week. Those are:
Open Call for PQ Talks
PQ Talks is an exchange of presentations, forums, and discussions exploring all aspects of performance design. PQ Talks will follow the main themes of PQ 2019 connected with the cyclical phases of the creative process: Imagination, Transformation, and Memory. Through these areas the curators seek to explore "scenography" in its broadest sense, investigating what scenography is, what scenography could be, and what scenography was.
The Call is open until 31 August 2018. Anyone interested presenting as part of PQ Talks should submit their proposal online after carefully reading the Open Call. Proposals should include an abstract (max. 1800 characters) and an indication of a particular format of the proposed talk with a brief justification of the format.
Open Calls for PQ Studio: Workshops and Masterclasses
PQ Studio: Workshops and Masterclasses is a program of multi-day intensive workshops and short masterclasses connecting established professionals with emerging and student designers.  PQ is looking for professionals, educators, arts administrators, and emerging artists to lead workshops from all areas of the visual and performing arts - scenography, architecture , costume design, sound design, lighting design and technology, digital media, projections, puppetry, technical theatre, dance and choreography, theatre theory, and fine art.
The deadline for submissions is 31 May 2018. Proposals from lead collaborators should include contact information and bio of a lead collaborator, list of additional collaborators/presenters, workshop/masterclass proposal (including proposed public outcome/showing for reset-driven workshops), and list of up to 8 recommended skills for participants.
