Canada.

You can search the site by various means, but they also have a number of
curated collections, such as monologues, teen plays, etc. There is a
collection of audition pieces for women, ages 15 - 25, found here:

You could also check out and search the PLEDGE website
<http://www.pledgeproject.ca> (large cast plays by Canadian women).
