A couple of suggestions:

Graceful Rebellions by Shaista Latif (lots of great monologue material for young afghani girls/women). It's published an anthology I edited called Queer/Play.

China Doll by Marjorie Chan (it's largely a monologue by a Chinese girl facing the threat of foot-binding). Not sure if it's published.

Bug by Yolanda Bonnell (Indigenous young woman character - physical and poetic and amazing). I don't think it's published just yet but it's being remounted at Passe Muraille this year and it's brilliant so I bet it will be published soon.
