[CTN] upcoming CTN seminars

Hi everyone,

We don't normally have CTN seminars after Brain Day, but we will have to
special seminars this year. This is just to let you know the dates:

Matt van der Meer (Dartmouth) will be here on April 9 (3:30 PAS 2464).

Yan Wu (DeepMind) will be here on May 7 (3:30 PAS 2464).

I will send talk titles and abstracts later.
