In particular, the toolkiit<https://uwaterloo.ca/equity-diversity-inclusion-anti-racism/sites/default/files/uploads/documents/equitable-recruitment-selection-toolkit-final-lr.pdf> contains resources for developing assessment tools and interview questions, holding interviews, and evaluating candidates.

Along with the interview questions we are working on, we need to be developing an evaluation rubric.  Might one or two of you with experience in this area volunteer to take a lead in this?
