Steve, you no longer have to go outside the US to get a cheap ED drug.
Viagra is off patent, sort of, so, you can get the legit, FDA approved,
generic version cheaply. Here is the story.
The chemical name of Viagra is sildenafil citrate. Pfizer has been selling
sildenafil citrate under two brand names, Viagra and Revatio. The Revatio
version is 20 mg of sildenafil citrate. Chemically, it is identical to
Viagra and is used to treat pulmonary hypertension (my mother-in-law takes
it for that). For some crazy reason, the patent on Revatio has expired; the
patent on Viagra has not. The generic version of Revatio has been FDA
approved and is available at places like Walmart, Costco, Kmart, Target,
etc. The prices have been coming down. To find the latest lowest price of
sildenafil or any other drug, look it up at
GoodRx.com
As of a minute ago, the lowest price for 30 tablets, 20 mg, was $23.80 (or,
79c each). The lowest price of the brand name Viagra is $870- for 30 pills,
at Safeway; 36 times as much!
Ask a dr for a prescription of sildenafil citrate, 20 mg. To get the
equivalent of the max dose Viagra, 100 mg, it takes 5 pills (but, they are
tiny).
You won't save much and you'd be taking a chance by ordering from another
country.
