Hello everyone,

 

Last fall the Movember Foundation launched TRUENTH which is the largest ever
global initiative into prostate cancer care. As you may remember Prostate
Cancer Canada is leading the TRUENTH Canada program.  Several initiatives
are already being developed and I know many of you have already been
assisting by completing surveys and participating in research studies etc.

 

Another new initiative is in the works and I want to let you know about it.
Several of you may have already heard from Adam Miller part of the research
team at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre who are developing a prostate
cancer peer navigation intervention.  For those of you who have checked in
with me on this one—YES this is the real deal!

 

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to support the work of
Adam and the research team at PMH by participating in their TRUENTH research
study that will help inform this important work and peer navigation program.
Please circulate Adam’s attached invite and the poster to your group
members.

 

Adam’s contact information is listed on the poster etc., so please feel free
to contact him directly.
