Hey Glen

My surgery on Friday was successful and now I am recovering at home with a
catheter. The catheter will be removed on March 6th.

A question to bounce off you or someone in the group....
When is it best to restart kegel exercises? Should I wait to have the
catheter removed? Does starting too early bring on bladder spasms when
having a bowel movement?
