Welcome back! Is everyone rested from their holiday?

We are eagerly launching our Winter 2019 Program Guide on Wednesday January 2nd. New this edition:
Change in Size: We've made the guide smaller and easier to keep in your bag.
New Program: We have added  <https://hopespring.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=245009009133a608181d89b73&id=922b816b72&e=ece80c31c3> Power Flow Yoga on Thursday evenings.
Interactive: If you view our program guide online through our website, you just have to click on the title of the program. It will take you directly to the program page where you can register.

Please note: Massage, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch appointments must be booked over the phone or in person.

Their topic of discussion will medical cannabis, which may be of interest to others who are experiencing any type of cancer.
