Yarn Donations Needed

Gentle Exercises in Salzburg Room

Lymphoma Canada Southwestern Ontario Meeting November 6th

Your treatments are finished, so now what? You have been waiting for the day your lymphoma treatments will be done but now that that has arrived, you’re feeling kind of alone, wondering what to expect in the months and years ahead. 
Marg Mayer Nurse Practitioner at Grand River Regional Cancer Centre will discuss survivorship, post treatment follow-up, latent or delayed side effects and what to do about them. Marg will discuss survivorship from the perspective of both the chronic, incurable and the aggressive but curable lymphomas.  

This lecture will be of interest to all lymphoma patients regardless of their subtype or current stage in their lymphoma journey. Care partners are most welcome.

Holiday Floral Arranging - Banish the Winter Blues

You're invited to join a free exercise and educational program designed specifically for women who have had Breast Cancer at any time in their lives. In this supportive environment, women learn skills for life with and beyond cancer. They participate in ﬂoor and pool exercises and share their experiences with other women who truly understand. 

ENCORE is an eight-week program. Each night we have a speaker and then participate in exercises designed specifically for women with breast cancer.
