Radiology Survey: Fixed! Only 16 Days Remain to Submit Your Entry! 

Thanks to your feedback, it was brought to our attention the radiology survey that was sent out this morning did not allow the selection of multiple responses. This issue has now been corrected, and in order to ensure we collect all as much information as possible from your responses, we're asking you to complete the updated version of our survey that's featured below.  

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused and would like to thank everyone for their understanding. We look forward to reading your responses! 
  


Despite being such a common part of the cancer journey; discussions around diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT scans, ultrasounds, etc.) are almost non-existent, and there are some important details patients might not be aware of that could impact your health outcome.

Please take a few minutes to participate in CCSN's quick survey; your responses will help us better understand knowledge gaps so that we can work to address myths, and ensure that you have all the information you need about diagnostic imaging.
