Well, it is summer, it is hot, and we are still wearing masks! 

It is our tradition to have a meeting every month, if at all possible, so we will meet again this month by Zoom video conferencing (July 15th).

This month will be a discussion night. Last month we had Dr. Chasen talk about Cancer Related Fatigue. That presentation was recorded and I will give you a heads-up as soon as it is available to view on the Wellspring website.

Prostate Cancer does not stop because of summer or Covid-19 and we may have new men join us on the 15th.

Two new men have been referred to me and I have been able to link them up with some of our members who have had the same treatments.

A great example of a real Support Group in action.

Also, because Zoom eliminates travel restrictions, we have had men join us from neighbouring prostate cancer support groups.

And because we are now listed in the Wellspring monthly program guide, we have another way to reach members of the public who may be interested in what we do and how we can help them.

I am taking advantage of the Wellspring on-line programs https://wellspring.ca/online-programs/ and have registered for 2 programs in July. 
I hope you will also take a look at what’s available - for example, ‘a History of Cancer and Research’ - also on July 15th
