Hello,

My name is Gabriela Montaner and I am a research assistant with Dr. John
Oliffe's Men's Health Research Team at the University of British Columbia.
We are currently conducting a survey on mental health among men with
prostate cancer on our website: If I Were Tom, which is an interactive
psychosocial prostate cancer support resource. 

I am writing to you to ask for your help with promoting this survey within
your prostate cancer support group community. Any help would be much
appreciated - sharing through email, social media, and/or an in-person
support group would all be great ways to get word out! Participation
includes the completion of an online questionnaire (head to
<http://www.ifiweretom.ca/> http://www.ifiweretom.ca/ to check it out!), as
well as some brief information about yourself. The survey will take
approximately 10 minutes to complete and you will have the opportunity to
enter a C$500 prize draw, even if you do not wish to complete the survey.
This study is being done in partnership with Prostate Cancer Foundation BC,
Men's Health Research at UBC, The University of British Columbia, and the
Canadian Institute for Health Research.
