[nengo-user] 2-D Gaussian tuning curve

Hi,

I was wondering how one could assign 2-D Gaussian tuning curves to the
neurons in an ensemble (in Nengo interface or in the python scripting)?
I think the more general question would be if it is possible to assign any
mathematical form to a neural tuning curve?
