[nengo-user] Nengo does not open/ Windows 7 64bit

Hi,

I have downloaded and unzipped the NENGO package on windows 7 (64 bit).
By running nengo.exe I could open the application for the first time, but
after closing it, nengo.exe no longer works. I have restarted my computer,
updated Java, and re-downloaded and unzipped NENGO, but I still cannot open
the application. Clicking on nengo.exe does nothing, and no application
runs in the background. Is there anything I am missing to do to resolve
this issue?
