[Ofas_deptadmin] OFAS Development Update – May 2025

Good afternoon OFAS Department Admins,
May 2025 - Deployed Updates
Here is a summary of the updates deployed this month:

  *
ACODEV-77 – Department Admins can now send Committee members email notifications informing them of their participation, along with access instructions and login credentials.
  *
ACODEV-52 – The Reports Tool has been enhanced to support filtering results by date range.
  *
ACODEV-70 – Reference-related fields will now only appear (and be editable) if they are required for the job posting.
  *
ACODEV-107 – The changelog description field has been expanded from 191 to 2000 characters to accommodate longer entries.
  *
ACODEV-68 – Automatic tokens can now be inserted into reference and thank-you letter templates, eliminating the need to enter them manually.
