2000 ACTR conference

Dear List Members,

A colleague and I are putting together a proposal for a panel on Native
Women Artists and Performance. We would like to do it as joint panel
between ACTR and the Association of Canadian College and University
Teachers of English (ACCUTE). Can anyone tell me what the procedures would
be  for submitting such a panel proposal to ACTR for the year 2000
Congress? Or, alternatively, whom I _should_ pose this question to?
