There maybe a nuance around our VPN.
Is there a difference between Windows and macs
The following path and version works for my MS Surface.

He texted me around 12:40pm today.
He is having issues using VPN, probably not setup for him (maybe on his laptop).
Can someone reach out? If no response I can share his cell number if needed, but that's also in the ticket his cell phone request.
