NOTE: Just added file agenda and Intune updates

  1.  Intune update
     *   Inserted below
  2.  Ricoh Printer - Updates
     * Nevil will lead once caught-up with Adobe CC backlog
     * Previous Ricoh training session raised interested in additional features
     * Ricoh printers appear to need additional supports (will need to track somehow)
     * Will need more FTE visits to capture and resolve the new requests
     * Hopefully co-op support visits and more importantly documenting the feature fixes for others
  3.  Ricoh Printer - Discussion
     * There was a request for the default to be Print Hold for the Dean's Office printer, but I think that's a printer config change (from my reading). Currently you need to Print Hold each document individually. Would require consensus throughout that office presumably.
     * How do we add all Ricoh printers (under new agreement) into the Ricoh interface to be overseen by ACO?
     * How do we store the requests and corrections/updates to validation processes and ensure all have access
  4. Laptops connecting to Network via Hub-monitors
     * Updates on [IST-187028] ML 113 lab port activations and change to 802.1x - Jira (atlassian.net)<https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/IST/queues/issue/IST-187028>
     * Have we tested thoroughly and if so where would documents reside
  5. Fall term Arts staff visits by ACO ITS staff
     *   Could use modified rollover check-list ([https://res.public.onecdn.static.microsoft/assets/mail/file-icon/png/docx_16x16.png]<https://uofwaterloo.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/TM-ARTS-ACOHELP/Shared%20Documents/General/Spring%202024%20Coop%20Work/Spencer/Inventory%20Management/ACO%20Staff%20Rollover%20Deployment%20Checklist%20V5.docx?d=wba03700ae8bd442585d3f9b149877687&csf=1&web=1&e=cxYXXP>
ACO Staff Rollover Deployment Checklist V5.docx<https://uofwaterloo.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/TM-ARTS-ACOHELP/Shared%20Documents/General/Spring%202024%20Coop%20Work/Spencer/Inventory%20Management/ACO%20Staff%20Rollover%20Deployment%20Checklist%20V5.docx?d=wba03700ae8bd442585d3f9b149877687&csf=1&web=1&e=cxYXXP>
)
     * Discuss – Where do we as a team record the client feedback and pseudo service requests
  6. JIRA ticket requests – Need quicker response discussion
     * Many sit “unassigned”, we need to respond more quickly
     * Once resolved should we tag for easier and more effective searching
     * Herbert (DEV) & Jason (BA) need to be less involved with drop-ins and JIRA technical tickers.
  7. ACO Teams Calendar – Discussion on updates
     * Use Teams calendar and be as accurate as possible
     * Use all three appropriately (can be half-days)
     * Be informative; room working out of (if hoteling)
     * Vacation requests go into Teams Calendar first (for conflicts) then Workday request
     * Only a few have submitted WFH requests (so if desire to WFH need submitted)
     * Need more ITS staff commitments on Fridays
  8. Loaners – Discuss process as a reminder
     * Arts Student returned a laptop Monday but had non knowledge of loan.
  9. Co-ops (Ana & David) & Work Study (three) roles
     * Overarching supervision by Herbert & Jameson
     * Looking for matching work study to FTE

                                                              i.      e.g. Joan with Herbert given her development, Q&A & documentation skill-sets
