Morning,

Given this is a significant opportunity for our new Dean to support the UW President's visit this coming Tuesday, I strongly believe we need to focus on this event to ensure Faculty of Arts puts it best foot forward!

That means we can shift meetings around this AM to put a plan together to ensure that rooms is at its best !!!

>From what I heard yesterday, seems like some small things can be upgraded/fixed and I've attached David's analysis as reference.

Jason and I are moving a network printer/scanner for the Dean this morning, so we really need others to determine what we can do to make next Tuesday's visit of UW President successful !!!

Remember, the new Dean needs all the support he can get, and we're really the only ones in this space for now!

Finally, comment. We really need to start offering "How can we help" and prioritize our efforts to support our new Dean (and of course others).
