Hi Arts colleagues –

History is having a Speaker Series event coming up in a few weeks, and I wanted to make sure you’re aware of it if it interests you.

It is at April 6th at 1pm in HH 139.

Our speaker is Dagomar Degroot, an assistant professor of history at Georgetown University. He’ll be speaking on his new book, The Frigid Golden Age, and specifically will be talking about “Coping with Climate Change in the Seventeenth Century.”

Please tell your colleagues who might not receive this message about it too, especially as I think the talk has a lot of interdisciplinary potential. Students are also of course welcome!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to drop me a line.

All the best,

Ian
