Meg Braem’s Blood: a scientific romance has some French between the two girls. A kind of Franglais the girls create --= not sure if that is right for your purposes.
David Fenario’s Balconville if memory serves.
I forget the author but Beaux Gestes and Beautiful Dreams I think has some of this as well.

Further to the collective Broue, there is Raoul Granger’s Bonneau et la Bellehumeur, in which three languages come into play, Laurier Gareau’s translation of Ken Brown’s Cowboy Poétré and other plays from the bilingual regions of Canada. In addition to Nicole’s fine book, I suggest the excellent and pioneering scholarly work done by Louise Ladouceur.
