Dear colleagues, students, and friends,

Please join us for the fourth, and final, event of the 2014 - 2015
Medieval Lecture Series tomorrow, March 12 at 4:30 in SJU 3027.

Dr. Sara M. Butler will be visiting from Loyola University, New
Orleans to give a fascinating lecture about using the coroner's
inquest as a lens to offer a fresh perspective on the process of death
investigation in medieval England. By studying cause of death in the
coroners' reports, this perspective sheds new light on subjects such
as abortion by assault, bubonic plague, cruentation, epilepsy,
insanity, senescence, and unnatural death.

Hope to see you there,

Andrew Moore
PhD Candidate
History Department, University of Waterloo
